* A local grocery store didn't give me the price they had advertised. Once I posted my whine on the Whine-List, I was taken care of ... and then some.

* Ever have a bank charge you $90 for a small oversight and then do something waaay worse? My bank teller gave my money and my driver's license to a complete stranger who drove off with it. I was not a happy camper. Once it was returned, I was given a token "gift" card for $10. Whoopee!!! Once I lodged my complaint at whine-list.com, the bank manager made things right and thanked me for bringing it to his attention.
